1. End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, file corruption, rejections, missed admissions, or other damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Warranty Disclaimer: This software is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data.

User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of all academic records, student marks, and related data prior to submission to any educational or governmental authority.

Data Integrity: This software modifies the CSV file used for operation. Users must work from a copy of the original file and retain regular backups of all critical data.

Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the software or violation of this Agreement.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

2. Privacy Policy

This application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. All operations are performed locally on your machine. We do not track usage, collect telemetry, or request user information beyond what is required for license activation through Paddle.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are handled through Paddle. Refunds are subject to Paddle’s refund policy. If you encounter a technical issue or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact support through Paddle’s customer support portal within 14 days of purchase.
