1. End User License Agreement (EULA)
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
("AGREEMENT").
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.
Limitation of Liability
The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, file corruption, rejections, missed admissions, or other damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the software. The developer is not responsible for submitting improper grades to any post-secondary institutions.
Warranty Disclaimer
This software is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of data.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and integrity of all academic records, student marks, and related data prior to submission to any educational or governmental authority.
Data Integrity
This software modifies the CSV file used for operation. Users must work from a copy of the original file and retain regular backups of all critical data.
License & Connectivity
Each purchase allows up to 2 activations. Sharing license information beyond permitted activations is prohibited. The software collects only the minimal data required to validate your license (device identifier, email address, and license key). An active internet connection is required for license verification. This information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Installation Note
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their use of the software or violation of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Copyright and Restrictions
This software is proprietary and the intellectual property of the developer. Users may not alter, reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the software in any form without explicit written permission from the developer.
2. Privacy Policy
No personal data is collected beyond what is required for license validation (device identifier, email address, license key). All operations are performed locally. The minimal validation data transmitted is never sold or shared.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases are handled through Paddle. Refunds are subject to Paddle’s refund policy. Contact Paddle support within 14 days of purchase for technical issues or dissatisfaction.
